Graham (Le Gros)
Graham is a passionate individual whose interests include bagpiping, math, science, canoeing and of course the fur trade.
Graham was born and raised in Thunder Bay and was home-schooled in his younger years, which he credits for his diverse interests. During his summers at Fort William Graham
acquired the nickname “Le Gros”... cause he is a bit of a giant in a top hat (not quite as tall as Matt however!) Graham shares a very spiritual connection with the beauty of the Canadian wilderness.
Graham will miss his loving family during the trip but looks forward to honouring the intrepid
Nor'Westers who opened up this great land.
In the words of Stan Rogers:
How then am I so different from the first men through this way
They left behind a settled life, they threw it all away
To seek a North West Passage at the call of many men
To find there but the road back home again.
