Well 8 months of planning is finally bearing fruit! We are just about ready to go! I had trouble sleeping last night... Have we forgotten anything?? Way too excited! It is a honour to be able to preserve and re-live such an integral part of our history!
This morning I have been trying to get all the necessary files transferred to my GPS for the trip. Why do computers never cooperate when it matters? I have also been tidying the house so things are in order when Mom and Dad get home from Alaska. Apparently the lawn mower also doesn't want to cooperate!
So tomorrow we set off... Goodbye Thunder Bay! (for two months anyway)
